Joshua Manusama is a Dutch entrepreneur with Melanesian and Surinamese roots. With a background in international business and business systems.
While working closely with agencies and sales-driven companies, he noticed the same problem everywhere: leads were coming in — but follow-up was inconsistent, delayed, or forgotten entirely.
Not because teams didn’t care, but because inboxes, DMs, CRMs, and calendars were fragmented and overwhelming.
In 2025, Joshua founded NĀRO to solve one clear problem first: make inbound lead follow-up fast, structured, and automatic.
By combining sales experience with AI-driven workflows, NĀRO was built as a system-first partner — focused on results, not AI hype.

Joshua graduated from Rotterdam Business School with a BBA in International Business. After working as an international sales manager and later as commercial director for a global supplier in the beverage industry, he applied his strategic and technical experience to build NĀRO
